What is Coaching?
Coaching is simply a process whereby one individual (coach) supports a client to improve some aspect of their life at the present time. It differs from therapy in that there isn't necessarily any "healing" to be done , but it's about helping an individual to achieve a goal. I believe that we all have the answers to our own problems but sometimes need help to explore and discover those answers.
Life coaching
I have worked in a coaching capacity with people who felt they wanted to make some improvements in their life including:
- get more direction in their lives
- planning specific goals
- achieving a better work/life balance
- identifying priorities
- dealing with family relationships
- dealing with retirement
Business coaching
I am an experienced business coach and have worked with clients on a variety of issues at work including:
- becoming a new manager
- developing good leadership characteristics
- improving performance at work
- managing performance at work
- changing career path
- performance at interview
- mediation
- executive coaching for senior managers
Fees etc.
All coaching Sessions are one and a half hours long and usually take place face to face, though telephone or Skype sessions can be arranged if you are unable to attend in person.
The cost per session is £120.
